Incredibly kind and pretty friendly staff, everything clean.
Perfect service, stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous place. Reasonably large room with slippers, tea, as example for gbp 99. Good breakfast to star a day with many varieties. Nice pool, parking nearby. Late check out...

I greatly appreciated the hotel's clean and spacious dining area, well-organized and accessible. The staff's attention to detail, especially from Rasha.
More shaded areas near the pool would be beneficial.

The ambience around the new swimming pool & snorkelling at the beach was very good. The Spa facilities were good as well.
Even though our room was new, it was very unclean and various problems arose with showers and curtain rails falling down. These faults were repaired very quickly however. If they do not improve their cleaning regime soon, this new accommodation will soon appear very undesirable. The choice of food at the buffet restaurant was very poor, but the Steak house was very good, albeit this cost was additional.

Let me break it down for you
Here's what you need to know, Warm and cute staff, especially Mina and Hadeer at reception. Very nice food with a vast buffet selection. Enjoyed non-crowded beaches perfect for snorkeling. Beautifully landscaped gardens enhance the atmosphere. Can't wait to return for more lovely memories!

Its location near airport and sharks bay. Majority of hotel staff are helpful and polite.
The hotel is not luxurious. Some important drinks are not included in "all inclusive" like turkish coffee and cupputchino.

I had never been to Sharm El Sheikh until this year and now I been twice. In July my partner and I relaxed by the Oasis Pool Bar read a lot and periodically swam to the length of the pool to the bar for a refreshment-Perfect! It was just the tonic to easy away the stresses and strains of family and working life. We took the opportunity to fly to Cairo to see the peramids, norkelled in Ras Mohammed National Park and met the Bedouin Tribe; all of these trips I would recommend and were cheaper booked through the hotel. We enjoyed it so much we took the children in August! As always the children had to be dragged from the pool to eat; so we made use of the Pizza and Snack Corner facilities at lunch time and eat at the pool bar. The International theme nights in the Mountain View Restaurant were excellent; the waiters were friendly and very helpful. The bar staff of the Lobby Bar were friendly and the waiters remember your choice of refreshment. My youngest child made use of the Kids Club facilities especially in the morning. If you had any concerns or problems the staff explained and resolved immediatley. I have never been on holiday were the staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy and enjoying ourselves.
The toilets outside the Mountain View Restaurant, these were continusesly wet, as the taps were not close enough to the sinks and splashed the granite worktop which then run onto the floor; also many families allowed there children to use the toilet unsupervised!

Would recommend for a getaway
Comfortable room, excellent food, with a cozy poolside vibe thanks to the attentive staff who ensured our every need was met during a good four-night stay near the well-maintained beach just a short walk away.
No complaints whatsoever.

The people are really nice, they are very friendly and always try to help you as much as they can
The food is very bad, I would say for 3 stars hotel, but you can go to sister hotel Savoy and eat there - the food is very nice but I consider expensive - for the meal for both (main meal and dessert) with a bottle of Italian wine with discount of 50% for meal and 20% for wine we paid 100$. I think it is too expensive for Egypt, but again it was 5 star hotel and I enjoyed the meal. Also there was too much music in Sierra - not only at each pool but also at the beach! And it was sooooo loud, I had to stay in the room instead of going to swim sometimes as I had headaches listening to this music all the time. Even in the restaurant in the evening the music was incredibly loud!

Spent five nights in a Standard Twin Room with Garden View at the Sierra. The warm greetings from the staff set the tone for a pleasant stay. Aman from the reception added a personal touch, always checking if I needed anything. The food options at the buffet were diverse, but some dishes lacked seasoning, especially the burgers. The outdoor pools were great, especially loved the heated one for cooler evenings. The beach was nearby, but I wasn't a fan of the paper glasses used there. They felt cheap and didn't fit the hotel's vibe. Had a nice surprise with the daily activities organized by the animation team, keeping the atmosphere lively. Enjoyed my time but hope for improvements in food quality and drink presentation.

Location and value for money.
The scuzzy was very poor, it was cold and the pumps were either not working or inactive.

This is absolutely a fantastic resort. I was a bit afraid for the "all inclusive" but was totally surprised by the resort itself and the people who worked there. Except for the food I can say this was an excellent resort. I had a great time. I can recommend it!
I have to say that the food wasn't great. Breakfast and lunch were good but dinner wasn't. You can eat outside the resort (with discount) at some very good restaurants.
